• What kind of chocolate do you use?
  We use only the highest quality Felchin Swiss Chocolate.

• Do you deliver?
  Occasionally... just ask!

• How much are your cupcakes?
  Prices are available on our order page.

• How long does a Heavenly Cupcake stay fresh?
  Because they are made with fresh ingredients, it is best to enjoy them immediately. but if you must wait, do not refrigerate them. Keep them at room temperature in an airtight container. If you need to preserve them longer than 2 days, they may be frozen in an airtight container.

• Do you custom decorate?
  Our cupcakes come with specialty topping or our signature halo candy and look festive and elegant for all occasions. For specific occasions we do have additional options. Please refer to our Party page.

• Do you do weddings?
  Yes! Please call to set up a wedding consultation. We suggest you set up your appointment on a day when your preferred flavor is being made in order to taste it. Also, refer to our party page for great ideas.

• Do you offer sugar free or low carb?
  Not at this time, but possibly in the future.

• Can I order ahead?
  Yes, please see your Order page for details.

• Do I have to wait in line if I've placed an order ahead?
  No, just walk up to the cashier and give them your name. Your order will be waiting for you.

• Can I place an order for cupcakes the same day I need them?
  We will do everything possible to accomodate your request for cupcakes. however, it's always best to call at least 24 hours in advance.

• Do you ship?
  Not at this time, but hopefully soon!

• Do you have gift cards?
  We do! they are available in any denomination starting at $10. Need other gift ideas? Visit our Gift page.

• What happens to your left over cupcakes at the end of the day?
  Well, we hope to always end up with none! but if we do have leftovers, they are donated to a few local organizations that help feed the needy.
